Invincible

My original character, Kebeth Arrani, confronting the oldest dragon of Fandango. Since the dragons are the material beings who got closer than any other to the immortality, it is considered that to become invincible and ageless you either should kill one and drink his blood, or become one through magical studies and painful transformation. Since the second option takes more of a lifetime one could possibly have and the first one is imminent death - people of Fandango happily live their short lives.
Kebeth and Tahir Arrani, on the other hand, are no common people, more to say, even during their human lives they became nightmares and demons that frighten kids to tears and adults not to even dare speak their names aloud. Assassins who have gone rogue, annihilating half of the Killer's Guild, never failing to destroy their target, whose victims probably populate the whole town in the underworld. If someone could have killed the dragon it would probably be them, but them becoming immortal would mark a new age of chaos and death upon the land.
Yeaah, from the POW of my comic it happened around three hundred years ago, with them actually reaching immortality and everything changing.
